Hey there, good video.I have Asus eeepc (was loaded with Xandros). That was a terrible distro!Having a hell of a time loading another distro onto it. I tried booting from flash drive -FAIL. Tried booting from external dvd drive -Epic Fail. Numerous boot attempts now leave the machine booting up with black screen, white txt “no bootable partition found”. Am trying to put eeebuntu, easypeasy, or ubuntu 9.04 onto this thing. Bios, CMOS stopping me? Bad dvd drive? Any ideas?

when you dive into Ubuntu, you can make the toolbars opaque or add compiz.as well, play with the docking options and it can really make it look good.I’m sure that there are a 1000 videos on youtube that can explain that in further detail.
