How Long Will The Acer Aspire One Last?

I recently bought one, and I use it every day but I’m scared I will somehow overuse it (seeing as how it is a netbook) and this will result in it crashing. Has anyone had any problems with it or anything like that ? I would just like to know ahead of time.
I have the Windows XP 160GB one, if that helps any.

    Most laptops have a shelf life of about 2 years, I would say. At that point, they usually lack the power to keep up with the bigger, faster and more resource-hunger applications coming out. With a netbook, I would give it anywhere from a year to 18 months. I don’t think you can overuse it, unless you are letting it overheat, which will fry the thing’s insides. But as long as you take care of it (run virus/spyware scans, defrag the hard drive, do disc checks, etc.), it should last a while.
