I Just Bought An Acer Netbook And Am Having Trouble Getting It To Connect To The Internet.?

When i look for wireless networks it finds the one in my house then i put in the network key but it won’t connect because it is saying that the network did not assign a network address to the computer….how do I fix this?

    It sounds like your router is not assigning you an ip address for some reason. Try this…
    go to the command prompt and type ipconfig /renew
    if that doesnt work you can check to see if you router has enough private ips to assign in the dhcp pool.
