I want to make it bigger.. Cuz sometimes somethings I can’t see, cuz it’s so small. Can anyone help me out? What do I have to do to make it bigger? Can I connect it to a desktop screen, as well?

It heats up like crazy and its very uncomfortable using it now. If it isn’t normal, what do you think is the best thing to do to lessen the heat emanating from it.

Which is better for Community College, an 8.9 inch notebook or 10.1 inch notebook?

I am a geek, and have a fantastic desktop with two monitors, my husband has a nice 15 inch laptop, and I have a fancy 17 inch MAC with all the adobe software for work. I want a nice tiny laptop for my community college for the next two or three years. =) Yes I like school. =P So what would be better, an 8.9 or 10.1 inch screen? I have tiny hands so keyboard size does not matter. I am sure the school has wifi but if not oh well.. I have internet on my phone. I just want to use it for word docs, possibly spread sheets but i doubt it, and internet. I want it to be under 300$. 250$ would be best, but we will go up to 300$. XP, or Linux does not matter to me. I reasonable hard drive would be nice. =) Most i have seen have either 120 or 160 which is just great. Asus, Acer, HP, I don’t care. I have checked Overstock.com, tigerdirect.com, and bestbuy.com. 1gb of RAM is just fine. So can anyone reccomend a laptop/notebook with specs like these? This is the basic specs they all have that I have seen. Just wanna find one for cheeeeep, so thank you!! Also please include your opinion on size, as I am carrying this to school 4 days a week in a purse/bag.

I got a acer 10.1 aspire one netbook…laptop… from my cousin and i have tryed many wireless internet routers and tried and tried to hook them up but i cant get it t work…actually im trying to hook it up to my main computer…desktop… and i cant seem to get it…i nedd full steps, what kind of router to get, and pleae make the steps easy enough for a 14 year old.
i have tried to restart but i havnt looked for a green thing thanks both of you
and my mom helps me sometimes, and i told her what u said, but she said we r past that, we have it all set up when we click on internet exlporer the screen just says the windows cannot display page thing. its gettin on my nerves cus i cant figure it out

it has an intel gma 500 graphics card,ive tried different updates.
one said its unable to run cause its out of date etc and the other said i needed to be in 32 bit mde even though i have my comp set to 32 bit anyways
