I have an acer desktop computer Quad processor, a couple of days ago i started getting the blue screen of ..?

Death and my pc crashed more than 5 times, i tried using a recovery disk to re install windows i got the blue screen again and my pc crashed, i tried using vista DVD same outcome and now when i start my pc all i see is a black screen, my pc doesnt boot its just frozen on black screen.

can some one please tell me what to do i am really desperate i tried every thing but no respond just a black screen.
my pc is one year old and its been working really smoothly until two days ago, its really good with no previous problems, has any one ever dealt with a problem like this before?
ps: i dont think its a hardware problem. but the pc is not responsive right now, i can hear the cpu running but nothing happens the screen is dead black.

Problems with my linux acer aspire one?

Every time I shut the screen of my acer aspire one the screen goes all coloured and pixelly and I have to reboot.

Any ideas as to what is wrong? I have only had it for 2 maybe 3 months.

theres a crackeling sound coming from my speakers when i try to play anything, even when i plug in headphones cuz i thought the speakers might be blown. is there a driver or something that i can download to fix the problem?

I have an Acer Travelmate 2400, Im trying to upgrade the HDD…?

Now it only came with 40gb, and i’ve searched and searched for a compatible HDD over 100gb with no luck. I’m not very computer savvy so I was wondering if someone could help me finding a compatible HDD that I could buy that would be oer 100gb if my notebook could handle it.
Also, what’s the difference between ATA and SATA and RPM. Like I’ll see some drives for the same amount of gb but different RPM’s.

Why my Acer laptop turn off after about 1 hours or sometime 30 minutes using it?

My uncle bought this laptop( Acer Aspire 5000 of ) about 2years ago. at that time, the laptop worked very well. Then, he gave it for me. I also used it very about 4 months. But 1 moth ago, one time I scan virus by Spyware program which my uncle often used, then I click Fix all, the laptop was frozen and turn off. Fom that time, my laptop frequently turn off about 1 hour using it. And then, when I turn on again, I just used it about 10 minutes. I can not understand why? Please help me!!!!! What problem is happening with my laptop????

I wanted to buy this notebook and im not sure whether i can run Microsoft Visual Studio 2003, Eclipse or NetBeans java editors and Macromedia Studio package without taking so much time to process. Some machines get stuck if the processes are so high and heavy. I wanted to know whether this machine could work smoothly.
