Sales clerk said program would ask for product key. It didn’t, but went thru what looked like a loading process. I can’t find said program in “all programs” guide. Acer aspire computer came with Vista trial (still active). How do I know my new programs are installed? (word 2007, excel 2007, powerpoint 2007, & oneNote 2007).

So my old PC crashed-hard… I took it to our local tech guy and he told my best option would be to buy one, from him of course. We talked about an Intel Quad Core Acer with all the other goodies for around $1200. I put $800 down and he let me know that he would order it as soon as the credit card was processed. After 8 days I called (again) to see if I could pick it up-yup it’s here so I rush down to pick it up 30 minutes before they close and it’s a Gateway with an AMD processor? He assured me that they were sold out of the model I had ordered and sent a better model in it’s place, skeptical but desperate to get my office work caught up I took it home. I takes several minutes just to start up! Internet Explorer hangs up constantly! I was starting to understand that I had been taken advantage of so I look at the model# type it in my old computer and Best Buy has one for sale for $679! I was sick to my stomach all night for being so stupid!!! But can I get my money back after I have installed my printer drivers, peachtree accounting, ect. The receipt says no cash returns after 7 days, does that mean 7 days from when I ordered it or picked it up? Any help would be great, I can’t call them until they open Monday
I just picked it up last night around 5:30 but the credit card was processed 9 days ago.

the volumen scroll bar it doesnt appear the message (the green one telling u how much volume r u gettin), if I wanna make click from touchpad I cant i have to use the buttoms what can I do?

is this the same as the installation disk in other computers i have bought? or should i take it back to wal mart because they left the cd out of my box?

She tries to play games but can only get a part of a web page on her screen (either a 8.9 or 10 inch) is there a way to fix this?

I have a modem that is connected to my laptop. My laptop has wireless ability, I purchased a wireless router but it looks like I need to connect it to a desktop to make it work. Is this true?
