Is it true that my apple ipod isn’t compatible with my acer laptop that’s why if i connect my ipod to it, it won’t charge but instead, after i unplug it, the battery reduces. my acer laptop is in windows xp. I really don’t know what to do. please help.
I have itunes and it is the latest version.. If ipods cant be incompatible, then what happened to my ipod?

I am in the Graphic Design program. I work on projects dealing with ads and logo designs. I work with programs like – Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I just recently bought a computer laptop. I’m planning to install these same programs into my laptop. This will be good for working from off of my laptop at home then transfering my projects back onto the school’s computers when I’m at school. If I have a different edition than my school has. For example – My laptop runs WindowsXP Professional. The school has windows XP Home Edition. Will this affect the compatibility of my laptop computer with my school’s computers.

Well I have a pretty good idea of what some of that stuff is, but some of it went over my head. When I first got the Sims 2, my family’s computer did not have enough of a graphics card? I believe that was it, and it was rather expensive to buy one. I’d really appreciate any help you can offer on this, I have been waiting for a long time for The Sims 3 to be released, and not since the requirements were posted on the site, I’ve been totally freaking out.
