Is the Samsung R430 Black Notebook computer any good?

I can’t find any reviews on this laptop and I’m in desperate need to buy a new one. Was wondering if anyone knew if this laptop was any good. It says its a 0.3MP camera..is that any good for Skype?

samsung laptops vs. acer laptops?

are samsung laptops worth trusting? i havent seen much of it around. but i saw one that had most of the qualities i need. but then. i heard from my dad that acer is quite good and famous. but then. samsung is cheaper.
could i get an advice? like. reviews of samsung laptops and/or with acer laptops please.
i need something that is portable. good speed. bluetooth. and good battery life.
wait. a question. whats is the difference between netbook and a notebook or laptop ? im so confused. i tried searching it but the big words was just too confusing to me.
