Acer Aspire One Netbook for Sale

I ask because someone at work told me this. I am looking to get a computer and always heard gateway was good. then I started to hear about acer(good things ). So I am just curious.

I want this computer. See I created videos for youtube using the sims 2. I posted them on youtube and then what happened was, I uninstalled the game for sims 3, which sucks and then my computer crashed because the sims 3 actually really isn’t such a great game and now my computer is on this stupid safe mode thing and i cant download my sims 2 games into the computer, now I want this laptop, but if you do have this laptop, does it have an editing software? Like Windows Movie Maker?!

It says it has 0 DVI ports, does that mean you cannot connect a monitor?

And what is each bay for, I know the x16 is for my graphics card?
Is the type of graphics card I get based on motherboard, for example there are PNY, ASUS, ZOGIS etc. Im guessing the advantage of having multiple slots is multiple graphics cards? My main goal is to be able to play WoW, BF2 and other older games. Could this on handle games like CoD4?

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5672 WLMi, I bought it almost a year ago…two weeks ago I recall the battery life shown in the Power Management was 1.50 for a simple Word Processing condition…but suddenly this morning I see the battery can only last for 1.07…and it really does…

My question is…is this really a normal deteriorating battery? Can it be saved? Must I change into a new battery this instant? How low can the deterioration get? How much does a new battery cost?

Oh yeah, during that two week period, I charged the battery and then left it unplugged from the laptop. I used AC power most of the time, because my laptop didn’t leave my desk at all…

I just got my new pink laptop and I love it! The display is very clear and the colors are very sharp, I thought it would seem small but it is just right. It is very light weight and I can use this anywhere like in the house or take it to school or work. The only drawback is the cd/dvd not being in it but I use my ipod so I get my music from there and I dont plan to watch any movies on this. If you need this for work school or travel this is perfect. I couldnt have asked for a better more convenient and reliable laptop The price is amazing, you cant get any better than this, I am very impressed, hope you buy this laptop, you won’t regret it.

I am looking for a projector to be used with an older laptop (Acer Travelmate 240). The specs for the projector say “This configuration does not connect to notebook computers, PCs PDAs, cell phones, or other devices unless the device has composite output. Please make sure to consult your device’s owner manual. ” I can’t find the manual, even on Acer’s site. Is there a way of knowing if this will work before spending the money on the projector?
